Information: as to reach the site This Site can be reached, departing from Cagliari: Road National n. 131, continuing then on the National Road S.S. n. 128 and finally before reaching the country of Goni on the left we find the enclosure of the archaeological site. Period of vacation recommended: May until September. Sardinia tourist and archaeological informationDuring the culture called of "Bonnanaro" (1800-1600 B.C.) it begins the phenomenon of the architecture and the Nuraghic civilization. These today enormous constructions in stone leave each other surprised if we think that the "Domus de Janas" as other archaeological sites are been built over 4500 years ago. Sardinian archaeology is enough recent, in 1800 the searches and the studies of Lamarmora, Orsoni, Pais and others have marked an epoch. Even if we don't know how to give a definitive answer to the questions that on the Nuraghi (Nuraghic Fortress) and the ancient culture in which these imposing historical monuments have risen yet.
