Renseignement, Désinformation et Nouvel Obscurantisme

Cette farce de la communication globale dans laquelle la mémoire individuelle détruit dans le vacarme du renseignement les restes d'une vérité commune. Submergé par nouvelles nous ne faisons pas fatigue à nous construire un modèle à nous fonctionnel, qui en bonne foi qui moins, mais vous ne vous scandalisez pas.

Quelqu'un affirme, en oubliant notre Constitution (Art. 11 - L'Italie répudie la guerre comme instrument d'offense à la liberté des autres peuples et comme demi de résolution des controverses internationales; il permet, en conditions d'égalité avec les autres État, aux limitations de souverainetés nécessaires à un ordre que tu assures la paix et la justice entre les nations; il reçoit et il favorise les organisations internationales tournées au tel but), que le drapeau de la paix ne puisse pas rester dans les bâtiments publics, moins moins que jamais dans un Hôtel de Ville.

Il y a qui échappe à la pensée banale que dans nos familles nous avons un ou plus morts par rappeler, parce que celui-ci est en chaque cas le résultat des guerres: les morts. Vous pardonnez si je n'ai pas larmes pour les manqués gains de la vente d'armes. Malgré le holocauste, jamais oublié, de millions de Juifs, dans le Rwanda il a y eu un génocide de 1 million de gens en seuls 100 jours, et est-ce que celle-ci fait seulement une partie de combien il succède à nous autour, combien nous pensons pouvoir attendre encore?

Chaque jour 40.000 gens meurent de faim (au-delà 14 millions tous les ans), à ceux-ci vous voulez ajouter les victimes de la guerre? Et s'il y a quelque être humain qui tâche d'endiguer cette folie immense pour sens de pudeur humaine, restée certains qui fera à la cible aux critiques nauséabondes (vois Gino Rue - Emergency.it). S'il y a une guerre à faire il est celle à la faim et à la pauvreté des peuples. Je ne suis pas un partisan de ce marché dans lequel les règles sont faites par les forts, mais il ne devrait pas échapper aux entrepreneurs les plus sévères que l'élargissement de la différence non plus à la démesure il peut comporter seulement conséquences négatives. Vous essayez de penser seulement à vos enfants qu'ils poursuivent un Barby, play-station et pantalons griffés, il est plus riche le monde qui les entoure plus hautes ce sont les demande (ou prétentions), peu importe qui viennent des Médias ou des camarades d'école. Et combien vous pensez que le désir des gens soit fort d'arriver au bien-être si bien publicisé?

Il est de ces jours la nouvelle, apparue sur "L'unione Sarda - jeudi 13 mars 2003", où le président de la section je travaille du tribunal de Gênes, Gelonesi a relevé "vices macroscopiques d'inconstitutionnalité" à l'intérieur de la loi "Buis-fins" sur l'immigration dans laquelle il semble que l'employeur ait l'université et pas l'obligation de guérir le rapport avec un extracommunautaire dépourvu du permis de séjour.

Il y a qui veut endiguer l'immigration en pensant résoudre un problème réel avec la tranche classique de jambon sur les yeux. Est-ce que nous pensons pouvoir construire des murs infranchissables pour arrêter chaque aspiration humaine vraiment? Mer n'existe pas, frontière n'existe pas, le Mur de Berlin n'existe pas plus non plus, faisons-nous en une raison. En Italie les "cerveaux" ils émigrent en quête de perspectives réelles ailleurs et ils arrivent gens qu'ils restent de nous moins bien, différence réelle n'existe pas dans le phénomène si pas quant à mesure. Le problème existe, personne ne le nie, mais il est seul en construisant l'égalité de possibilité en tous les pays qui pouvons rentrer dans les limites d'immigration et émigration "physiologiques" ou supportables de notre système associé-économique.

Mais le nœud à défaire pour premier est ce du manqué renseignement. Chacun de nous, bien qu'en bonne foi, il pourra faire des hypothèses seulement (je le sais que cela demande de penser, de réfléchir, mais celle-ci est la vie) en base aux renseignements dont il est en possession. Si les renseignements sont faux ou insuffisants il réussira à trouver des difficilement "solutions". Pour résoudre une équation je dois connaître bonne partie des éléments, pour résoudre un problème je dois connaître le réel situation, je sais d'être banal mais je n'ai jamais prétendu être un génie. Vous écoutez, ce qui manque n'est pas la quantité de renseignements mais la qualité. Nous sommes harcelés par milliards de renseignements inutiles parfaitement à résoudre nos problèmes et ils manquent l'utiles à mettre remède à nos ennuis. Le renseignement ne peut pas être géré par les peu, c'est un bien commun et précieux comme l'eau et le monde dans lesquels nous vivons.

Informazione, Disinformazione e Nuovo Oscurantismo

Questa farsa della comunicazione globale, in cui la memoria individuale distrugge nel frastuono dell'informazione i residui di una verità comune. Sommersi da notizie non facciamo fatica a costruirci un modello a noi funzionale, chi in buona fede chi meno, ma non vi scandalizzate.

Qualcuno afferma, dimenticando la nostra Costituzione (Art. 11 - L'Italia ripudia la guerra come strumento di offesa alla libertà degli altri popoli e come mezzo di risoluzione delle controversie internazionali; consente, in condizioni di parità con gli altri Stati, alle limitazioni di sovranità necessarie ad un ordinamento che assicuri la pace e la giustizia fra le nazioni; promuove e favorisce le organizzazioni internazionali rivolte a tale scopo), che la bandiera della pace non possa stare negli edifici pubblici, meno che mai in un Comune.

C'è chi sfugge al banale pensiero che nella nostre famiglie abbiamo uno o più morti da ricordare, perché questo è in ogni caso il risultato delle guerre: i morti. Perdonate se non ho lacrime per i mancati guadagni dalla vendita di armi. Nonostante l'Olocausto, mai dimenticato, di milioni di ebrei, nel Ruanda c'è stato un genocidio di 1 milione di persone in soli 100 giorni, e questa è solo una parte di quanto succede intorno a noi, quanto pensiamo di poter ancora aspettare?

Ogni giorno 40.000 persone muoiono di fame (oltre 14 milioni ogni anno), a questi volete aggiungere le vittime della guerra? E se c'è qualche cristo che per senso di umano pudore cerca di arginare questa immane follia, state certi che farà da bersaglio a critiche nauseabonde (vedi Gino Strada - Emergency.it). Se c'è una guerra da fare è quella alla fame e alla povertà dei popoli.

Non sono un sostenitore di questo mercato in cui le regole sono fatte dai forti, ma non dovrebbe sfuggire neanche agli imprenditori più severi che l'allargamento della forbice a dismisura può comportare solo conseguenze negative. Provate a pensare solo ai vostri bambini che inseguono una Barby, play-station e pantaloni griffati, più è ricco il mondo che li circonda più alte sono le richieste (o pretese), poco importa che i modelli provengano dai Media o dai compagni di scuola. E quanto pensate che sia forte il desiderio delle genti di arrivare al benessere così bene pubblicizzato?

È di questi giorni la notizia, apparsa su "L'Unione Sarda - giovedì 13 marzo 2003", dove il presidente della sezione lavoro del tribunale di Genova, Gelonesi, ha rilevato "macroscopici vizi di incostituzionalità" all'interno della legge "Bossi-Fini" sull'immigrazione in cui sembra che il datore di lavoro abbia la facoltà e non l'obbligo di sanare il rapporto con un extracomunitario privo del permesso di soggiorno.

C'è chi vuole arginare l'immigrazione pensando di risolvere un problema reale con la classica fetta di prosciutto sugli occhi. Pensiamo davvero di poter costruire dei muri invalicabili per fermare ogni umana aspirazione? Non esiste mare, non esiste frontiera, non esiste più neanche il Muro di Berlino, facciamocene una ragione. In Italia i "cervelli" emigrano altrove in cerca di reali prospettive e arrivano persone che stanno peggio di noi, non esiste differenza reale nel fenomeno se non in quanto a misura. Il problema esiste, nessuno lo nega, ma è solo costruendo l'uguaglianza di possibilità in tutti i paesi che possiamo rientrare nei limiti di immigrazione ed emigrazione "fisiologici" o sopportabili dal nostro sistema socio-economico.

Ma il nodo da sciogliere è prima di tutto quello della mancata informazione. Ognuno di noi, per quanto in buona fede, potrà soltanto fare delle ipotesi (lo so che questo richiede di pensare, di riflettere, ma questa è la vita) in base alle informazioni di cui è in possesso. Se le informazioni sono fasulle o insufficienti difficilmente riuscirà a trovare delle "soluzioni". Per risolvere un'equazione devo conoscere buona parte degli elementi, per risolvere un problema devo conoscere la reale situazione, so di essere banale ma non ho mai preteso di essere un genio. E guardate che quello che manca non è la quantità di informazioni, bensì la qualità. Siamo assillati da miliardi di informazioni perfettamente inutili a risolvere i nostri problemi e scarseggiano quelle utili a porre rimedio a nostri guai. L'informazione non può essere gestita dai pochi, è un bene comune e prezioso come l'acqua e il mondo in cui viviamo.

Information, Disinformation and New Obscurantism

Every day 40.000 people starve (over 14 million every year), to these you want to add the victims of the war? And if there is some human being that for sense of human modesty it tries to embank this huge folly, some that it will serve as target to nauseating criticisms is (see Gino Strada - Emergency.it). If there is a war to do it is that to the hunger and the poverty of the people. I am not a supporter of this market in which the rules are made by the strong ones, but this should not even escape the most severe entrepreneurs that the widening of the excess discrepancy can involve only negative consequences. You try to only think about your children that pursue a Barby, play-station and signed pants, more the world is rich that surrounds them taller they are the applications (or claims), little imports that the models originate from the Media or from the schoolmates. And how much do you think that the desire of the people is strong to reach the comfort so well publicized?

The problem exists, nobody denies it, but it is alone building the equality of possibility in all the countries that we can reenter in the limits of immigration and emigration physiological or bearable from our partner-economic system.

But the knot to be loosened for first it is that of the missed information. Each of us, for how much in good faith, can make only some hypotheses (I know it that this requires to think, to reflect, but this is life) in base to the information of which it is in possession. If information are hardly fake or insufficient he will succeed in finding some " solutions ". to resolve an equation I have to know good part of the elements, to resolve a problem I have to know the real situation, I know to be banal but I have never pretended to be a genius. You listen, what it misses is not the quantity of information but the quality. We are perfectly bothered by billion of useless information to resolve our problems and they are scarce those useful to set remedy to our troubles. The information cannot be managed by the few, it is a common and precious good as the water and the world in which we live.
