Elaboration - Ces couleurs dans le ciel.

Proches et lointains, nous liés par mots et coutumes nous poursuivons entre les rues d'une Europe qu'il change. Sans attendre la fin des jeux tête et bras j'accueille entre les miennes, sans angoisse en après-midi ensoleillés. Fatigué et en sueur, proie de moustiques, mais pas de remords pour chaque fois que je t'ai embrassé, en m'arrêtant à mordre et sucer de lèvres goûts, anxiétés et éclats de rire. Dures mes lèvres coulent sur ta peau, frémissent et au gratter  nuisent, se cassent, en procurant excoriations sur les genoux et sur les pourquoi.

Retenir images et plaisir, en te rendant trop peu peut-être, il est le maximum peut-être à ces temps de confusion glaciale. Interstices ouverts et fermé, dans le tour d'une phrase, sur désirs endormis et vieux. Eau qu'il ne désaltère pas, goûts noircis par la fumée l'essentiel qui se cache sur rues et gens dont tu n'entends pas parler en Italie.

Vicini e lontani, noi legati da parole e usanze ci rincorriamo tra le strade di un'Europa che cambia. Senza aspettare la fine dei giochi testa e braccia accolgo fra le mie, senza affanno in pomeriggi assolati. Stanco e sudato, preda di zanzare, ma non di rimorsi per ogni volta che ti ho baciato, soffermandomi a mordere e succhiare di labbra sapori, ansie e risate. Dure le mie labbra, scorrono sulla tua pelle, rabbrividiscono e al grattare nuocciono, si spezzano, procurando escoriazioni sulle ginocchia e sui perché.

 

Trattenere immagini e piacere, restituendoti forse troppo poco, forse è il massimo, in questi tempi di gelida confusione. Spiragli aperti e chiusi, nel giro di una frase, su desideri addormentati e vecchi. Acqua che non disseta, sapori anneriti dal fumo, l'essenziale che si nasconde su strade e persone di cui in Italia non senti parlare.

Il PROTECT IP Act (forma breve del nome completo Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011), chiamato anche PIPA, è una proposta di legge statunitense che si propone di accordare al governo e ai titolari di copyright maggiori strumenti per limitare l'accesso "ai siti web canaglia, dediti alla pirateria e alla contraffazione di prodotti" ("rogue websites dedicated to infringing or counterfeit goods"), compresi quelli registrati al di fuori del territorio degli Stati Uniti.

Nel PIPA è espressamente previsto che i motori di ricerca "rimuovano o disabilitino l'accesso al sito internet associato al nome a dominio indicato dall'ordinanza oppure rimuovano i link ai suddetti siti internet". Tra gli intermediari individuati figurano anche i gestori dei sistemi DNS ai quali dovrebbe essere ordinato di prendere le misure atte a prevenire che un dominio internet sia risolto nel suo indirizzo IP (filtraggio del DNS).

Riflessioni e domande

Allora perché nasce questa proposta? Alcuni risponderanno che è giusto tutelare gli investimenti fatti dalle aziende per creare i prodotti, ma di fatto queste tutele esistono già, molti di voi ricordano come è andata a finire la lite decennale tra la Apple e la Microsoft...
